Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Sponsor

The “Wyoming Ranch Trip Sweepstakes” (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Equip Foods LLC, 180 Lakeview Ave Ste 1710 West Palm Beach, FL 33401 (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, excluding residents of New York, Florida, and Rhode Island. Void in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, and where prohibited by law. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, influencers promoting this Sweepstakes, and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on October 15, 2025 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on November 1st, 2025 (“Promotion Period”).

4. How to Enter

Purchase Entry: Each product purchased on equipfoods.com during the Promotion Period = one (1) entry.
No Purchase Entry: To enter without purchase, handprint your full name, mailing address, email address, phone number, and date of birth on a 3”x5” card and mail it in a standard business envelope to: 66 W Flagler St Suite 900 #10051, Miami, FL 33130. Limit one (1) entry per envelope. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by October 21, 2025 and received by October 28, 2025 to be eligible.
Limit: One (1) entry per person per day regardless of entry method.

5. Prizes

Four (4) winners will each receive either:

Trip Prize: An all-inclusive Wyoming ranch trip for winner and one (1) guest, including 3 nights’ lodging, meals, activities, and flights (Approximate Retail Value: $12,000); OR
Cash Prize: $12,000 cash alternative.

Total ARV of all prizes: $48,000.

Prizes are non-transferable. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Winners are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes. A Form 1099 will be issued for the prize value.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Drawing will take place on or before November 10, 2025.. Winners will be notified via email within five (5) days of drawing. Winners must respond within five (5) business days to claim the prize or an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Odds of Winning

Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. Publicity

By accepting a prize, winners grant Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, voice, and city/state of residence for advertising and promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. Release of Liability

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/promotion agencies, influencers, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation or the acceptance/use of any prize.

10. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical issues, or other causes compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes. Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt.

11. Governing Law

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

12. Winners List

For the names of winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: 66 W Flagler St Suite 900 #10051, Miami, FL 33130 by December 31, 2025.
