Banana Protein Pudding

Banana Protein Pudding

Recipe via @cookin_brooke

I had this idea randomly the other day and had to try it out, super tasty and definitely learned a few lessons along the way. All tips and tricks are stated down below! No pudding mix needed for this!!

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop Prime Protein clean protein powder - vanilla or cinnamon roll flavor (if you want it to be less sweet do half unflavored).

  • 1 scoop of Equip colostrum powder

  • 1/4 cup kefir

  • 1.5 cups organic milk

  • 2 teaspoons grass-fed beef gelatin powder

  • Optional: 1/2 cup organic homemade whipped cream

Toppings

  • Granola

  • Banana

Instructions:

  1. Add 1 cup of milk to a small saucepan. Bring to a boil.

  2. Add the other 1/2 cup milk to a bowl and add Prime Protein beef protein powder and Equip colostrum, mix well. Sprinkle over the gelatin. (Use less if you want a thinner pudding!)

  3. After a few minutes stir the cold milk/gelatin.

  4. Once the milk is hot or close to a boil pour over the cold milk.

  5. Use a whisk to mix well until no lumps remain.

  6. Put in the fridge to set, could take up to 3 hours.

  7. Once fully set remove from fridge and add to a small blender or food processor, blend until smooth and creamy! I added about 1/4 cup ish or more of kefir to cut down the sweetness and make it a little looser. Then if you want it to be lighter and fluffier you can optionally fold in whipped cream!

  8. To small dishes add sliced banana, a little granola, then a layer of pudding, repeat!

  9. I recommend eating this right away because if you save it for later it will set up again, which is why we blended it before eating, otherwise is is basically jello.

  10. Enjoy!

This would be great after a Clean Coffee latte (our organic mold-free coffee) and a handful of beef organ supplements and beef liver capsules for convenient full spectrum nose-to-tail nutrition!
